Heat-Cold Pack handmade with upcycled Aussie merino wool woven in Tassie by Waverley Mills and/or cotton fabric by Aussie designer. Filled with odourless wheat free lupin seeds and Tassie lavender buds from Bridestowe Estate.

Please keep in mind the cotton print will vary from the photo depending on how the fabric is cut.
Microwave for 2 minutes then 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached, or freeze in a sealed bag.
